A BREATH OF FRESH AIR, LITERALLY

Two Sundays ago, we took a walk in the woods. We left our smart phones in the glove box and barely spoke along the trail. I took photos with my camera and focused on breathing. *breathe in through your nose for seven seconds, hold your breath for four, breathe out through your mouth for eight* When we got back to the car my husband looked at me and said, “That was amazing” and I said, “I feel so much better.”
